Lambco Erecting, Inc. is a structural and miscellaneous steel erection company built on decades of hands-on ironworking experience, field-tested leadership, and a deep respect for the work behind every structure.
Founded in 2004 and led by President Leslaine Lambert, Lambco brings skill, discipline, and accountability to commercial, public, and infrastructure projects that require strength, coordination, and reliable execution.

Lambco Erecting was built from the ground up with a foundation in the ironwork trade.
Before leading the company, Leslaine Lambert spent decades in the field, gaining firsthand experience in structural steel, superstructures, manpower, safety, jobsite coordination, and the level of performance required on major construction projects.
That experience continues to guide how Lambco operates today. The company understands that steel erection is not just about installation. It is about precision, timing, safety, communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

His career in the ironwork trade provided the foundation for Lambco’s technical knowledge, project discipline, and reputation for field performance. With experience across major buildings, bridges, transit facilities, and public-sector projects, Mr. Lambert brings a practical understanding of what it takes to perform at a high level on demanding jobsites.
